Everyone likes to see a cute, dimpled smile. What nobody wants to see or have is a dimpled BUTT. Cellulite is infamous for giving us dimples on our thighs, butts, and hips. Yeah, blech.

Well, there are ways to learn how to get rid of cellulite, but what I want to focus on is what doesn't work. All too often we see products advertised that promise to rid us of our cellulite and make us look like the latest Hollywood star! Most of the time, they are fake! Here are some of those things that do not work.

Creams and Lotions - Ah, yes, melt away your unsightly cellulite simply by massaging some cream on your thighs and rear. Sorry, no, ain't gonna happen. At most, they might temporarily shrink the fat cells. But they will come back, like a sequel to a bad horror movie.

Body Wraps - Another one of those temporary fixes that last a very short while, if that. If anything, body wraps may even do negative things to your health. Switch off the television the next time you see an infomercial about these things.

Electric Muscle Stimulation - A dream come true, yes? Well, dream on. You just strap on this device, turn it on, and flop back down to watch more TV. And like magic, your cellulite goes away. Sorry, it only removes the lumps in your wallet.

The real solution isn't so easy. If you really want to learn how to get rid of cellulite, you have to work for it. You eat right, avoid certain foods, and exercise to shrink up those fat cells. That's the only solution of any effectiveness that will reduce cellulite and leave our skin looking smooth.

It's a tough call, sure, but we can do it. All it takes is commitment, drive, and determination to eliminate those dimples once and for all!
