Your home still isn't sold and you don't know why. Banks are denying people with back credit and the economy seems to be getting worse. Well now you do not have to rely on anyone to help you sell your home because there are other methods. I have blogspot blog called sale your home when shows you ways to prep your home for sell. So what do you do once you get a potential buyer that can't get approved through the bank? Well I am going ot help with that.

Banks are not the only way to get a buyer fiananced. There are other creative real estate options for those who don't have the credit or money but really want that house. All you have to do is get a little creative in your methods. Here are two that many people use to sell there home.

Lets start with a lease option. In this method the leaser has the exclusive option to purchase the home. There is usually a down payment up front and also the sale price of the house is usually agreed upon. If the tenant is on time with his or her payment pays the deposit in full and makes sure that all minor maintenance is taken care of then they have the right to purchase the house. If not then he or she loses the majority of his deposit

Next up is a contract for deed. This is when the monthly payments the buyer makes goes toward the purchase of the home. The title will remain with the seller until all payments agreed upon on the contract are met. The buyer cannot use the house for equity because they don't have a title but they can still enjoy just about every other benefit that owners have. They can recieve the title once all payments that were agreed upon are met.

You must look into these options carefully if you plan to go one of those routes. Thsi is not a way to quickly sell your home so you will need time to get your home sold if you use these options. There are methods available to sell you home quickly though.
