What does JT Consulting Group do? As an executive search and technical recruiting firm, we help client companies in the Defense- Aerospace and Electronic industries to identify, attract and hire talented professionals. In doing this, we help exceptional people in these industries to find jobs that fit their career objectives.Wouldn't that be great?! One of our goals is to of course make as many quality placements as possible, but we are not a firm who's business is to "find people jobs". As stated earlier, we will always be available to talk to people about what they are looking for and welcome resume submissions, but we unfortunately are not be able to place everyone we come in contact with.
Is this effective for keeping tabs on the market? More than half of our members are currently employed in executive level positions. They use their subscription to keep a vigilant eye out for golden opportunities and to gauge how they are fitting into the executive landscape in Canada. Our articles are written by the best Canadian resume writers, career coaches, personal brand strategists, and HR professionals.
What does ART not do? Although you might have first come to us via the Internet, please understand that ART is not some gimmicky dotcom.
What if I am not currently looking for a job? Recent study shows that It's best for the candidates to inquire about job opportunities at the time they are least likely to be having to look for work because of reasons out of their control such as company's performance in the marketplace, deterioration of strong executive leadership, cancellation of challenging project or special product, or just feeling that you've lost the excitement about the team and the work you used to have at earlier times, or maybe the company have grown to become too.A litany of services that make us unique but if you want to learn more about something specific, we'd be delighted to answer your question directly. Unlike many other career services, we operate as a membership providing the jobs, the knowledge and the network that our Executive Members need and demand and can't find anywhere else.
Can I pay you money to find me a great job? Wouldn't that be great?! One of our goals is to of course make as many quality placements as possible, but we are not a firm who's business is to "find people jobs".
