Can I order portraits for more than one child? Yes. When ordering portraits for more than one child on our website, please submit each child's portrait order one at a time. You must log in, order portraits, and check out from one student portrait order before proceeding to order portraits for the next child. You must have a school and student password to purchase school portraits on our website. Please make sure that you have entered the correct log in passwords (student and school code) that was provided to you on the proof card.You may keep your proof card ONLY if you ordered your portraits on our website by the return due date. Otherwise, you may NOT keep all or any portion of the proof card EVEN if you are not ordering. There is information on the proof card, which is used to process your order. This proof card becomes your order in our production workflow.
Do you have tips that can help bring out my child’s natural smile? Prepare your child about the picture day procedure, so they know what to expect. However, it is best not to coach a child to smile, rather let the photographer evoke a pleasant expression. The more comfortable a child is with the process, the more natural the smile.Yes.
Are you willing to shoot portraits of small family groups as a part of your wedding-day photography? Yes, we are happy to photograph small family groups as long as the bride and groom wish us to do this.

If you have not created an account you will need to fill in the requested information, and click on "Create an Account". You can scroll through the list (the events are in date order) and find your event or you can use the search boxes at the top of the page to locate your event.Our photography set is designed for school portraits, with only one (1) subject in the photo. All equipment must be compact enough and lightweight to take on location. We strive for studio quality, requiring additional lights and treatment.
What is a service pose? A service pose is the pose selected for school administrative use, class composites, yearbook, and/or (when contracted) school ID’s. If you do not specify a pose by the return due date, pose #1 is selected by default.Share-A-Smile is a referral tool for sharing school portraits with family and/or friends (invitees). To use Share-A-Smile, you must have log in access and be the parent/legal guardian of the child.
Can I order more than one pose? Yes, you may order more than one (1) pose by ordering more than one (1) package. Each package is printed from a single pose. You may, however, order more than one (1) package. Another way to order from multiple poses is to order from the "A La Carte" selection. Each item listed is printed from a single pose, but "A La Carte" need not be the same pose as your package. You may also choose one (1) of our multiple pose packages. Refer to the enclosed flyer with your proof card.Keep bows, clips, ribbons, and headbands small. Avoid fresh haircuts or new hairstyles. DO wash, curl, or prepare your child's hair for this special day. We will do our best to neaten the hairstyle, but we will not change a hair-do.
