I am constantly amazed at the number of people that will follow someone into business that has 2 years earlier been completely broke, driving a broken down car or living in an old run down house. Do you really think these people have the experience to build Multi-Million Dollar businesses? The answer is no, and that is why their failure for people who join their organizations is above 85%. Simply do to their poorly structured system. The good new is that Corporate Executives are entering this market and you should see success rates begin to rise. This means more money in your pocket!

Just do a Google search and you will see a ton of advertisements that are from people that were poor or down on their luck but today they are rich. This is a great story and sells well, but the problem is that most of these individuals do not have the skills or in some cases the desire to assist you in succeeding. Some believe that is up to you to succeed the way they did (school of hard knoxx) or they believe that there is no need to develop a highly effective training program as this will cause competition. This is sad because there is more that enough for all. Do not fall into this sad belief.

With these new members into the Home Business Market will come new technology that is proven and will cut down on your work load. Most of the current technologies being used deal with many systems and manual control. The future breakthroughs will come from automation of what is now manual tasks. If you find a Leader with these qualifications, you need to jump on that opportunity.

Like any business, the home business opportunities need to provide training resources that will raise the success rates on the entire organization. The resources should be from top mentors in and outside the Industry you want to join. You see if you only have ideas from inside the industry, then you will be missing a large training component and your competitors will be right on your heels.

You need to develop your ATM: Attitude, Time and Money. Your attitude towards your new business venture will drive how much success you will see. The time (focused time) you dedicate to your business will also play into how successful you are. Your Attitude + Time will equal how much money you make in any business venture. How are you developing your ATM?

The rich understand the term leverage, but most do not. Leverage is something you must study as it is the quickest way to build wealth. Each of your tactics and techniques to build your business should involve some sort of leverage. Without leverage you really have a sold proprietorship type of business and that is much too much work.

Make sure you keep your finances straight and start to build your team. You need an accountant, book keeper, Attorney, Graphics person, web master, and so on. You should be building relationships with these people to allow you to concentrate on making money. This is the key...keep your focus and it will come.

Ask your potential leader or Global Mentor how they are going to develop your greatness. We are all borne with it, but few have fed it and allowed to grow. Most have gotten scared and let it fade away, but is is time to feed it and bring it back in a large way. Do not take this lightly as it can raise your success level immensely
