Treadmills are number one favored home fitness equipment according to fitness experts. These are not major problems and if you really want to start with this type of treadmill, they shouldn't pose a lot of problems. It is only when you get used to using the treadmill on a regular basis that you will decide to upgrade to a motorized model.
