Count to yourself right now, the number of times you have tried to get in shape and loose weight, but failed. Hopefully you can do it on one hand, however there are millions of Americans who cant. Even if your not among them, you probably still desire a better body, and want to loose weight. Many of these people yourself included have tried to loose weight, but loose hope when they don't see results, and give up.
There are numerous reasons for failure, but a common misconception is that dedication is the reason people fail. This is simply not true. It most certainly plays a factor, however this really isn't the reason. Simply wanting something to happen more than anything else in the world will not actually make it happen. The main reason that people fail is a simple lack of information. The majority of Americans believe ridiculous things, like doing massive amounts of sit ups and curls will get you cut abs and huge biceps, but this is not the case.
There's a simple truth to working out and if you only do these things you will fail. Doing nothing but these exercises will certainly get you somewhere but its really not where you want to be. For loosing weight and getting in shape, balance is the key. Without it, you will never get anywhere.
Here are some tips on how you will actually see results
1. Eat low fat foods
2. Drinking plenty of water, at least 8 glasses of 64 ounces daily
3. Exercise regularly
4. When you do exercise, you need to do a lot more cardio than you think
5. Sleeping a normal amount. This is when your body recovers from your working out!
While some of these things may seem like common sense, you would be surprised how many people who are trying to get into shape actually do not even do these things. If you really want to see results, then try to implement these things into your daily life.
