Tackling the Master Cleanse is not an easy task. It takes courage and mind power.

First let's briefly explain what The Master Cleanse is.

The Master Cleanse is a natural lemonade mixture made from all natural ingredients. You drink only this mixture (no food) for a few days (10 days is recommended for maximum results) to clean your entire body. This master cleanse mixture cleanses all of your body. It has begun to get popular among many of the celebrities to lose weight. But weight loss is not the only thing that the master cleanse does. It cleans your whole body helping you to get rid of toxins that you carry around in your body.

Some people have found that while attempting The Master Cleanse they are not able to get past day one.

Focusing on the Master Cleanse one day at a time can help you through the cycle. Here are 3 tips that I have shared with others that may be of help to you.

#1 - It is very important to read the entire Master Cleanse guide or book before attempting it. Many of my associates have asked me to give them the ingredients of the Master Cleanse so that they can go off buy the ingredients and do the cleanse without reading the Master Cleanse guide or book. I have refused to do that because there are important details outlined in the guide that will help you understand the Master Cleanse and how your body will most likely react. You will be given where to find the Master Cleanse guide later.

#2 - The next phase is preparing yourself mentally to do the Master Cleanse. After you have fully read and understand what to expect; you have to prepare mentally and know when you want to go through the process. The best way of knowing when to perform the master cleanse is by listening to your body. Are you feeling lazy, or lack energy. Are you constipated, is it becoming harder for you to digest food, or having bouts of gas. Are you experiencing frequent colds. These signs are your body talking to you. Your body is telling you to do something. If you are experiencing these or similar symptoms; you may want to consider taking on the master cleanse.

#3 - Once you have decided to go through with the Master Cleanse decide what day you will begin. It is usually good to begin on a Saturday. If you decide on Saturday make sure that you eat light on Friday. Most people do not have to work on Saturday and so it is good to be home for the first couple of days when you begin the Master Cleanse, because you will be close to the restroom. Trust me you will need to be near a restroom.

Hopefully these 3 tips will help you get past day one of the master cleanse so that you can have the opportunity of enjoying a new You!
