Idea 4 - After a week of cleansing your body it is important that you don't revert back to your old eating habits immediately. But you need to slowly over the coming week incorporating meats and cooked foods back into it and it should be a whole week before you are eating any kinds of processed foods or meats each day.

The thing you need to remember when it comes to a 7 day cleansing diet is you take things slowly and are gentle to yourself. Fasting certainly isn't the best way to cleanse your body of toxins and other waste elements that can cause problems for your health.
