A normal impulse is to try and beat speeding tickets. In order to keep your record clean any driver would attempt to beat them. The entire issue of going to court and having a criminal record could definitely be an unbearable burden, plus having to pay a costly fine is very unpleasant. You never know how things may turn out when fighting speeding tickets, as you will not always succeed in beating them. Giving it a try is worth it.

When wanting to beat speeding tickets, there are two options of action to choose from. Try to convince the police officer to let you go with just a warning by admitting to the crime. This situation is totally subjective. You depend on your ability to persuade and as well as the mood and personality of the officer. You've still got only a 50% chance to succeed, even if you know how to plead your case.

A second course of action is to admit nothing. Say as little as possible, let the police officer go through all the formalities and then go to court and try to beat the case there. In order to beat speeding tickets in front of the judge, you will need more than just persuasion. Therefore, try to remember as much detail as possible from the day you were stopped, like the following: The lane on which you were driving, the traffic, the weather conditions and so on.

A good strategy is getting as many delays as you can in court. The chances of beating speeding tickets drastically improves. The longer the delay, the greater the chances the police officer will forget the details of the case and the chances of escaping with a clean record improves greatly. However, make sure you know the driving regulations in the state where you committed the crime before showing up to court.

Delays are very difficult to get in some states. If you don't want to show up for a hearing, you have to bring proof of why you were absent from court. Hence, the best way to beat speeding tickets is not to get them at all.
