Just because a phone might not be the newest one on the market at the time does not mean it is useless. When returned the owner can receive either cash refund or another phone of the same price.

Cell phones that are thrown away are nothing more than wasted. The materials put into the making of the phone, and the labor that was used in making the phone is put to waste. When a phone is passed down to a person who can continue to use it the phone can be used to its utmost potential. This is why buying used cell phones is the smart man or woman's choice in purchasing cell phones.
