Many of today's top business leaders are choosing business jets as they're primary means for air travel. It's no surprise that with all the headaches and inconvenience that come with modern air travel, those with the resources and access rely on their business jets to get them where they need to be, on time and refreshed.

Business jets offer first class treatment like no other and to top things off, for the most part you don't have to worry about traveling with chatty, annoying strangers or food that barely qualifies as such. Business jets are almost like limousines for the air, offered by companies for their top officials, for special events or as rewards for exceptional performance.

There are many big companies that allow their CEO's and top executives to use the company's private business jets for personal travel. If done correctly it would be taxable income for the employee but instead companies are leaving the shareholders to foot the bill.

In some cases it's not just a perk. Some large company's require their top executives to use private business jets since 911 to ensure their safety and the safety of their families. You will not find people like J.P. Morgan, Herbert Zarkin, Donald Trump, or Bill Gates on commercial flights.

Not surprisingly, many organizations and companies still are doubtful about the idea of business jets; but it goes without saying that those who have used it and know its value, would never like to use scheduled aviation again, if circumstances permit them!
