It is certainly difficult to understand foreign languages and hence, you will both be in the same boat, so to speak. The typical Russian woman is extremely friendly and she will encourage and help you converse with her. In the three second you took to approach her, she would have gathered that you are interested, amiable and kind when you speak to her in Russian. You have already taken the first step towards a great friendship or relationship.

Unfortunately, this is not what always happens. She might reject your offer to converse in case she is engaged or for some other reason. But it remains that it is great that you tried and you should not give up just because a woman declined your offer. When your eyes meet those of a Russian woman across the street or in a room, go ahead and try again. Keep an open mind and do not give up till you find your perfect woman.
