Just like many areas of weddings generally, the traditional wedding photo album still has a strong presence in 'yesteryear' but things are changing with more modern versions starting to appear. There is an order to how these albums are set out so usually the first to appear is the bride and then of the bride and groom and this too is a style from the past and may be considered normal etiquette. It is also tradition to find a beautiful spot close to where the couple was married to take some pictures of them together placing these images next in the album.
Of course you will also see photos of the wedding party together in the wedding photo album to show how fantastic they all looked on the day in their dresses and tuxedos. This is of course is the group of people that play a part in the days activities like the bridesmaids and the best man for example. The photos of the bride's attendants will be next in the album.
After these shots are taken it will be the turn of the bride and her family, then the groom posing with his family. The wedding photo album will also be presented so as to complement the service with a fancy cover and expensive laid inner pages with covers over each image. Wedding photo albums will normally be in white with traditional decoration in the form of wedding bells and horseshoes; usually embossed to enhance the appearance further.
The design will probably be white with silver or gold as these are traditional wedding colors for an album and the pictures will be arranged artistically for maximum viewing pleasure. Most modern wedding photographers will also be able to supply in 'digital' form on a cd or dvd. Many hundreds of images can now be stored on a cd rom which makes it simple to carry around and display on a TV screen with little chance of damage.
If guests want to have a copy, they can have all the images and not just their favorite few; these can be stored in presentation boxes for later viewing as a digital wedding photo album. This also means that guests have the opportunity to print off images they like whenever they wish and still keep a reminder of the day that can be seen at home on the TV if they wish. Modern technology has improved upon the albums from long ago with the addition of pictures available on the latest 'digital photo frames'.
